We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), using our search features (queries, shortlists), and interacting with talent profiles. We also collect standard usage data including device information, IP addresses, and browsing patterns within the platform.
How We Use Your Data
Your data powers the platform experience: matching you with relevant talent, improving search results, generating analytics for your workspace, and maintaining your shortlists. We use AI services (Anthropic Claude, Twelve Labs) to process search queries and uploaded briefs — these are processed securely and not used to train third-party models.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. Shared shortlist links expose only the talent information you choose to include — not your account data.
Talent Data
Talent profiles in the network are created with the consent of each creative. Talent can request removal, update their information, or restrict visibility at any time by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. For GDPR and CCPA requests, contact privacy@frameff.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
