By accessing or using frameff ("AI Creative Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including talent, agencies, and production companies.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. Sharing account access without authorization is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
The platform is designed for discovering and connecting with AI-native creative talent for legitimate production purposes. You may not use the platform to spam talent, scrape data, redistribute talent information outside of the shortlist sharing feature, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Talent reels, portfolio content, and creative work displayed on the platform remain the intellectual property of the respective creators. The frameff platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is the property of Computervision. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
frameff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of talent information. We do not guarantee outcomes from talent engagements facilitated through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
